Cadia Tri-color Quinoa
Instructions from packaging:
Rinse qunioa before cooking.
Using two cups of liquid per one cup of quinoa, combine liquid and quinoa in a sauce pan or rice cooker.
Bring mixture to a vigorous boil, then lower heat and simmer, covered, for about 15–20 minutes or until quinoa is tender. Allow to sit for 5 minutes before serving.
Tip: To enhance quinoa’s natural nutty flavor, toast the rinsed quinoa in a dry skillet until it starts “popping” and turns golden brown. Stir frequently for even toasting.
Store cooled toasted quinoa in the fridge or cook immediately.
