Gefen Whole Wheat Israeli Couscous

Instructions from the packaging:

Heat about 1 spoon oil in a pot on medium heat. Add 1 cup Whole Wheat Israeli Couscous and stir for one minute. Add 2 cups boiling water and 1/4 tsp. salt, reduce to low heat and cover the pot. Cook for 8 minutes, stirring every couple of minutes. Leave the pot to rest 4–5 minutes before serving.
