Tangy Tahini-Miso Dressing

An adaptation of the Baritone Dressing recipe from "Be a Plant-Based Warrior Woman" page 97.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 tablespoons white miso
  • 1 large clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons low-sodium tamari (or low-sodium soy sauce or low-sodium coconut aminos)
  • 2 teaspoons sriracha (or other asian-inspired garlic or chili sauce — to taste)
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped

Instructions
 

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the warm water, tahini, and miso. Add the garlic, vinegar, maple syrup, tamari, sriracha, and green onion. Stir until smooth.
